Returns & Exchanges
At Eades Wallpaper & Fabrics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; however, due to the custom nature of our products, returns are subject to specific manufacturer guidelines and restocking fees. Please ensure all items are in their original, unopened packaging and contact us within 30 days of receipt to initiate a return request.
Return Process
- 1.Verify Eligibility
Confirm that your wallpaper or fabric is not a custom cut, discontinued item, or marked as final sale, as these are ineligible for return.
- 2.Request an RMA
Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific return shipping address for your brand.
- 3.Package and Ship
Securely pack the unopened rolls or fabric bolts in their original shipping containers and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, minus any applicable manufacturer restocking fees.
