Due to variations in monitor settings, we highly recommend ordering a sample before placing a full order. Samples allow you to see the true color, texture, and scale of the pattern in your own space.

Do you offer professional installation services?

While Eades Wallpaper & Fabrics provides high-quality materials, we do not provide installation services. We recommend hiring a professional wallcovering installer to ensure the best results for your project.

What is your return policy on cut fabrics and wallpaper?

Unopened wallpaper rolls in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days, subject to a restocking fee. However, custom-cut fabrics and wallcoverings sold by the yard are non-returnable.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

In-stock items typically ship within 2-3 business days. If an item is backordered from the manufacturer, we will notify you immediately with an estimated ship date.

Can I request a specific dye lot for my wallpaper order?

Yes, if you are trying to match an existing project, please include the dye lot or batch number in your order notes. We will do our best to match it based on current manufacturer availability.
